4. Order Requests & Invoicing

The Website operates as a wholesale order request platform. No payment is collected through the Website.

Submitting an order request through the Website does not constitute placement of a final order, acceptance of an offer, or formation of a sales contract.

When a customer submits an order request:

  1. The request is received and reviewed by Lavi MD.
  2. Product availability, compliance requirements, and order details are verified.
  3. An invoice may be issued separately via email.
  4. The order is considered accepted only after Lavi MD confirms the order and payment has been received and processed.

Lavi MD reserves the right to reject, modify, limit, or cancel any order request at its sole discretion, including in situations involving product shortages, pricing discrepancies, compliance concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Receipt of an order request confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the requested transaction.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, risk of loss and title to products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon receipt and notify Lavi MD promptly of any shortages, shipping damage, temperature concerns, or discrepancies.

Lavi MD is not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;
  • Failure to receive or properly store products upon delivery;

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical, injectable, peptide, temperature-sensitive, sterile, and healthcare-related products, all sales are generally considered final.
